Children’s Social Work Matters (CSWM) is run by Barnsley Council on behalf of the 15 local authorities in Yorkshire & The Humber. It will be used to allow us to respond to your request for information. In doing so, the legal basis we have for processing your personal information is that of a ‘legitimate interest’.
In order to process your information request, as part of our partnership arrangements we may need to share this data with the organisations within the CSWM programme (Barnsley Council, Bradford Council, Calderdale Council, Doncaster Children’s Services Trust, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hull City Council, Kirklees Council, Leeds City Council, North East Lincolnshire Council, North Lincolnshire Council, North Yorkshire Council, Rotherham Council, Sheffield City Council, Wakefield Council, York Council).
