We are pleased to be able to share that our winning nomination for November is Jorja Crouch, North Lincolnshire Council. 

A newly qualified social worker, Jorja was nominated for already being a core asset to her team, going above and beyond for the children she works with, and showing commitment to her role with exceptional dedication and support to her colleagues.

Our judges from Rotherham shared their rationale: 

We were both really impressed that the clear impact Jorja has had on the families she has worked with, specifically given where she is at in her career. With these strong foundations we are sure she will continue to have a really impressive career as a Social Worker. The nomination highlighted the importance of relationships and the feedback from a young person was great. Jorja is clearly having a profound impact on the lives of children and young people and prioritises the power of relationships with those she works with. Jorja has not only impressed the young people, but there was additional feedback from parents and partners demonstrating that relationships are the central component of the work she does. Amazing work and huge congratulations and well done to Jorja!
