Barnsley Council have launched a new recruitment campaign featuring some real practitioners from the borough.

In the videos we hear from Alex (an ASYE Social Worker), Michael (a newly qualified Social Worker working in the Children and Young Person's Team), and Charlotte (an advanced practitioner working in a Disabled Children's Team). They give some brilliant insight into the support and opportunities for progression that permanent social work roles in a local authority can offer, as well as the most rewarding aspects of the profession.
