We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting children and families and who can be creative and innovative in the provision of support. The successful candidate will have day-to-day management of North Lincolnshire Council’s Targeted Family Support Service, delivering help and support to enable children to remain in their families, schools, and communities. This includes providing supervision, and professional support and guidance to a team of Intervention Workers, including, quality assurance, reflective casework supervision, coaching, mentoring and employee development.
