An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Child Exploitation Intervention Worker to join our high performing Youth Justice Partnership in North Lincolnshire.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard working and committed individual to be part of our highly innovative and motivated team. There is a clear message in North Lincolnshire that Child Exploitation will not be tolerated.

The successful candidate must be able to plan and organise their work, have natural professional curiosity and be able to work in a multi-agency manner in line with our one family approach.

The successful candidate must have a can-do attitude as this work can be very demanding at times but at the same time extremely rewarding. This post will be responsible for line managing a team of Child Exploitation Intervention Workers who are responsible for direct work with children and young people who go missing and are at risk of exploitation.

The partnership works with children who offend, are at risk of offending, family breakdown, homelessness, sexual exploitation, criminal exploitation, and complex mental health.
