The Role & Team

We are looking for a full-time Independent Reviewing Officer for children in care to join our team. We are a group of Child Protection Chairs, Independent Reviewing Officers and a Designated Local Authority Officer working in the Children Safeguarding and Reviewing Service in North East Lincolnshire.

Your Responsibilities 

Our caseloads are stable and manageable, - in line with national recommendations, we receive regular supervision and support and have a stable team. Our service has introduced new frameworks, standards and set of expectations to improve how we deliver services to children. With good foundations in place, we are now embarking on the next stage of our journey - to make greater impact on children's outcomes in achieving placement stability, good education and health and receiving the right support - and we need an additional member to join us on our journey.

This role is a blended working role (the duties of the role may require a blend of home & office working in line with needs of the service)
