We are looking for a Family Time Service Team Manager within our Children and Young People Support and Safeguarding Service. We need a dynamic, creative and resourceful Team Manager who is able to provide support to their team and to the service on its journey to outstanding.
The Family Time Service is going through a transition which focuses on adaption around the needs of the service, The new team manager post will be key in working alongside other managers within the system. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide oversight and coordination of the staff who support those children that require supported and supervised time with the people important in their life. This will include supervision of the family coordinators and embedding the Model of Practice to enhance relationships across the network.
