Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from both experienced social workers and those about to qualify. If you’re passionate, committed, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.
You’ll need to be:
- Registered (or registering) with Social Work England
- A qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months)
- Legally entitled to work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
- A full UK driving licence & access to a car (with business insurance) to ensure you can independently travel around North Lincolnshire.
- Skilled in working with children, young people, and families
- Knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities in children’s social care
- A confident communicator and collaborator
