We are seeking for an experienced Team Manager within our Fostering Service to lead on Kinship Care. As Team Manager in the Kinship Team, you will be responsible for leading a committed group of social workers and support workers. You will be working collaboratively with your colleagues across the department and with partners to deliver high-quality and responsive social work to kinship arrangements, including Connected Persons, Special Guardians and Private Foster Carers. Your team will lead on assessing connected persons and Special Guardians during care proceedings and offer ongoing support to approved connected person carers and Special Guardians.
