- Ability to provide emotional warmth, resilience, and can build positive, trusting and empathetic relationships with children and their families.
- Ability to advocate for young people/families and equally represent the home and organisation professionally to high standards.
- Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, including IT skills to be able to compile and maintain children and young people’s records, participating in all aspects of administration.
- The role requires an individual to be flexible; available to cover shifts including evenings and weekends.
