Your role in our journey
As a highly committed and motivated individual you will to lead, develop, embed and monitor the implementation of services in line with the family hubs and start for life programme. Holding responsibility for ensuring effective delivery of the programme and transformation of services aimed at early intervention and prevention to prevent the need for statutory services.
What you’ll need
Experience of implementing strategies, programmes and projects and achieving measurable outcomes. Experience of successfully working collaboratively with partners, agencies and members of the local community, building effective working relationships leading to improved outcomes for the community.
Additionally you will be Educated to degree level in a relevant field and hold a minimum of Level 7 Management or leadership qualification.
