We are seeking two experienced Social Workers to be based within the Beverley Strengthening and Supporting Families team.

We are a well-established team with three managers, and a great deal of experience and knowledge, along with colleagues at the beginning of their social work career pathway, eager to learn and develop good practice.
What We are Looking For:
- Good decision-making skills and a clear understanding of the statutory duties and responsibilities in relation to social work with children and families.
- Experienced in statutory childcare work, including interventions with children, young people and their families under Child in Need Plans, Child Protection Plans, Family Law Legal Proceedings such as Public Law Care Proceedings, Private Law Proceedings and Adoption.
- A strong ability to build effective working relationships with children, parents, carers, and others within a childs network, grounded in empathy and compassion.
- A confident communicator, able to build rapport and deliver clear information.
- A commitment to ensuring timely and appropriate support for children and families.
- Excellent partnership working, supporting colleagues as part of a team, and the ability to use your initiative.
- Experience working across organisational boundaries to improve outcomes.
- The ability to work with competing demands and meet deadlines.
