Job description

We are looking to appoint a permanent Social Work Consultant in the Quality Assurance and Involvement Service specifically to mentor newly qualified social workers by providing support and advice during their 12- month ASYE programme.  Candidates must be an experienced and registered senior social worker who has practice educator experience and who is able to deliver ASYE workshops and networking sessions and deliver training across the workforce.  Knowledge and experience of working with Children and Families legislation as well as public and private law proceedings is essential.   

A high level of report writing is required as well as ability to mark ASYE portfolios to required social work standards and within specific timeframes.  IT competence is essential as virtual meetings and presentations will be required.
