The commitment to children as a priority for the council and across the partnership is exemplary. Senior leaders have created a culture in which social work has flourished. It is based on the importance of relationships and of promoting children’s sense of being loved and cared for”.
We are committed to workforce learning and development, enabling improved and innovative practice.
