Salary: Grade 12: £51,515 to £58,857 per year plus 6% supplement in lieu of a lease car

Location: Scunthorpe

Hours: 37 hours per week

DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Officer – Adoption, Special Guardianship and Holding On to join our outstanding Children and Families services in North Lincolnshire. Within this role you will provide leadership and management with key responsibility for adoption, special guardianship post order support, and Holding On, our local approach to supporting birth parents of adopted children. Working closely with social work and key partners, both locally and as part of the Adoption Links regional adoption agency, you will drive best outcomes to achieve our One Family Approach ambition for children to thrive in their families, achieve in schools, and flourish in their community.
