Adoption Social Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative social worker to join our outstanding team.

Social Workers in adoption need to have a range of skills in the following areas; recruitment activity, undertaking assessment, facilitating and supporting training and identifying and matching adoptive families with children who have a plan of adoption.

We provide support to adopted adults who wish to access information in relation to their birth history and we deliver support to Adoptive and Special Guardianship households through our One Family Approach. The successful applicant will have a passion for achieving positive outcomes and permanence for children.
