We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person to join our established Autism Outreach Team in delivering to CYP (5-25yrs) across Calderdale.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of Autism and draw upon their prior knowledge and expertise to deliver appropriate specialist interventions through the direction of and close collaboration with their assigned Autism Outreach Teacher.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to developing professional relationships with children and young people with a range of complex needs, their families and multi-agency professionals as they work together towards agreed outcomes.
