Following the recent appointments of a permanent Children’s Services Senior Leadership Team, including an Director of Children’s Services, Service Directors and Deputy Service Directors, there has never been a more exciting time to join North East Lincolnshire Council’s Children’s Services.

As we continue to increase capacity through our strengthened offer, our leadership opportunities grow. We have a range of newly developed Practice Supervisor and Service Lead roles across Children’s Service’s and welcome applications from motivated and enthusiastic leaders.

Your Role 

As our transformation journey continues, we are now seeking Service Leads to help lead our Family Help teams to achieving success and positive outcomes for children and families.

As a Leader within North East Lincolnshire Council, you can expect a tailored approach to your personal learning journey through AcademyNEL, ensuring you are achieving your personal learning goals as well as maximising the support you can give to your team. 

You will be joining a service that is built on pride and passion, who have high aspirations for children and families and who are committed to empowering them to thrive and be the best they can be.
