Education Inclusion Teacher
We are seeking an experienced leader of SEND to join the well-established School Improvement Team in North Lincolnshire. We are looking for someone who is:
• Passionate about ensuring the inclusion and achievement of children and young people with special educational needs.
• Motivated and enthusiastic, with high expectations in all that they do.
• Reflective, proactive and innovative.
• Able to actively work as part of a team and bring new ideas and experiences.
• Prepared to “have a go” and learn new things.
• Good at communicating with a range of colleagues, both within the council and in a variety of schools and settings.
• Ability to work strategically, supporting and challenging SENDCos, school leaders and educational professionals to secure good outcomes.
Some of the essential experiences and skills we are looking for are:
• QTS.
• Current, or very recent experience, of co-ordinating SEND in an educational setting or LA advisory role.
