Join our remarkable Fostering Team as a Fostering Social Worker, with a focus on support. In this role, you'll play a key part in empowering foster carers, kinship carers, and families. Your work will involve collaborating with multi-agency professionals to develop effective support plans and implement social work interventions that meet the assessed needs of children, their families, and carers. Other tasks will also be required to meet the needs of the service.
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England, who’s ready to make a difference. This is a permanent, full-time position.
