University Centre Grimsby now offers both traditional degrees and degree apprenticeships in social work
UCG offer a 3-year BA (Hons) Social Work degree course, with a focus on building both theoretical understanding and the essential practical skills you'll need to practice social work.
As with all Social Work England accredited courses, you can expect to do two practical placements which will give you real experience of how social work can impact the lives of children and families. Upon completion you'll be able to register to practice as a social worker.
