Lisa manages a Vulnerable, Exploited, Missing & Trafficked (VEMT) social work team in Hull. We spoke with her about how the team work alongside other agencies to help keep some of the most vulnerable young people safe, and learned about how social work as a profession offers a lot of scope to learn new skills and grow as a person.
