Service Manager ACPS

Due to some investment, we are keen to increase and develop our Service Manager tier within the Trust. We are looking for a Service Manager – Area Child Protection Services to lead and manage two of the Trust’s child protection localities.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a qualified children’s social worker, a Service Manager already or very experienced Team Manager in an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ organisation, knowing your contribution to this achievement.

Due to some investment, we are keen to increase and develop our Service Manager tier within the Trust. We are looking for a Service Manager – Area Child Protection Services to lead and manage two of the Trust’s child protection localities.

This role is responsible for ensuring our social work practice standards and performance are considered the best of the best. To achieve this the Service Manager will coach and encourage consistent management and leadership amongst team managers and social workers. You will be a walking example of distributed leadership and have energy, enthusiasm and passion for excellent social work.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a qualified children’s social worker, a Service Manager already or very experienced Team Manager in an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ organisation, knowing your contribution to this achievement.
