An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Supervisor to work within North Lincolnshire Council’s Integrated Multi Agency Partnership Team (Referrals and assessments) . The successful candidate will manage a team of ‘front door’ social workers working closely with integrated partners from Police, Health and Education service. The team strives to ensure children remain within their families by empowering them with the skills to seek solutions to their difficulties and by building on their strengths and developing strong resilient communities. Successful candidates will contribute towards the outstanding social work practice in North Lincolnshire to safeguard and transform the lives of vulnerable children and families. Our social work workforce is built on enthusiasm, professionalism, passion and a pursuit of excellence. You must have experience and demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children. The successful candidate must be a qualified social worker and HCPC registered.
