An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Practice Supervisor within the Integrated Multi Agency Partnership. This is essentially the front door to North Lincolnshire’s services to children where Contact/referrals and assessments are completed alongside co-located partners from Health, Education and the Police. This is a fast paced environment, requiring the highest quality leadership and management to support a team of dedicated social workers making complex decisions and analysing risk for children. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the decision making for children. You will lead a team to ensure risk is analysed and the holistic needs of children and families. The team strives to ensure children remain within their families by empowering them with the skills to seek solutions to their difficulties and by building on their strengths and developing strong resilient communities. The successful candidate will contribute towards the outstanding social work practice in North Lincolnshire to transform the lives of vulnerable children and families.
