You will be social work qualified with a current fitness to practice registration with Social Work England and with relevant post-qualifying experience.

The successful applicants will have the skills needed to chair effective child-led reviews. You will need to be able to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with children, young people and their families, with social workers and their managers and with a range of partner agencies in order to help drive progress for looked after children. You will need good technical knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and care planning regulations.
