We are seeking to recruit a Care officer’s to join the Croft Residential Children’s home

 

The successful candidate will be a child centred practitioner who understands the unique role residential care has in supporting our most vulnerable children to achieve their potential.

Vacancy Details:

 

This role of the Care Officer in the Children’s Home is crucial in supporting and nurturing our looked after children.

 

You will be passionate about ensuring our children are supported to achieve their full potential. You will be an innovative and creative child centred practitioner who is capable of becoming part of a team working with teenagers aged 14yrs to 17yrs in a residential Looked After setting. This includes ensuring the day to day welfare and care of young people who may show challenging behaviour. The post will be on a rota basis including weekend work and sleep in duties. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children or young people

 

The successful candidate will have QCF level 3 or equivalent or be willing to work towards it.
