We are currently looking for Advanced Social Workers to join our highly regarded and consistently high performing Social Work team based in Goole.

We are seeking applications from dynamic candidates who have the leadership qualities to manage change and motivate staff to achieve their full potential who have post qualifying experience within safeguarding social work. We will also be looking for commitment to best practice and professionals who are committed to improving the lives of children and young people.
You will have experience of completing and analysing assessments, writing child’s plans to a high standard each evidencing the voice of children, young people and families throughout the process. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
